parseCsv()#

parseCsv(text): { columns: string[]; rows: unknown[][]; }

Parse RFC 4180 CSV text into { columns, rows } — the same shape tableChainFromArrays expects (columns: string[], rows: unknown[][], one value per column, numeric cells auto-coerced — see this module's doc for the exact rule). The first row is the header; an empty document returns { columns: [], rows: [] }.
