Dispatch by part CLASS (a section parameter — see linearPart.ts's LinearPartRef) — sheet specs feed the existing 2D SvgNest path, linear specs feed the 1D bin-packer; a mixed list nests into BOTH, concatenated (the 1D rows laid out below the 2D sheets' own bounding height so the two never overlap).
